The number of Facebook apps and games has significantly grown over the years and it's easy for one to feel overwhelmed by the huge amount of notifications originating from the social network. This guide describes two simple methods to disable notifications for specific apps or games on Facebook. Method 1
Sign-in to your Facebook account and then go to Settings > Apps settings:
Move your mouse cursor over the desired app and then click on the Edit Settings (small pencil icon):
Click on the drop menu below Send you notifications and select No:
Click on Save.
Method 2
Go to Notifications settings and then click on the Edit button displayed next to On Facebook:
Move to App requests and activity and then click on Edit:
Toggle notifications On/Off for the desired apps:
